You can embed any published map in your own website with a small snippet. For security, other websites can only embed your maps once you add them to your Embedding allow-list — by default only your own Mapvera pages can.
1. Allow your website
-
Open the Embedding settings
Sign in, open the menu (top-right), choose Team Settings, then expand Embedding.
Only team admins can change the allow-list.
-
Add your domain
In Allowed embed domains, list the sites that may embed your maps — one per line — then click Save embedding.
How to write a domain
| You want to allow | Add this line |
|---|---|
| example.com | example.com |
| A specific subdomain | www.example.com (its own line) |
| All subdomains | *.example.com |
2. Grab the embed snippet
-
Publish the map
Make sure the map is Public so the link works — see Publish, unpublish, and drafts.
-
Copy the snippet
Open the map in the editor and find its Embed settings. Copy the responsive snippet — it scales to fit whatever container you place it in.
-
Paste it into your page
Drop the snippet into your website's HTML where you want the map to appear.
