The Team Image library is your team's shared pool of pictures and icons. Upload an image once and reuse it anywhere by copying its link into a map.

Add and use an image

Open Team Images
Sign in, open the menu (top-right) and choose Team Images.

Upload
On the Team library tab, click ＋ Upload and pick one or more images.
Only team admins can add or change team images; members can copy and use them.

Copy its link
Click Copy on an image to grab its URL, then paste that URL into a location's image field in a map.
Manage images
In the Team library, Replace swaps a picture while keeping the same link (so every map using it updates at once), and clicking a name or category lets you rename or re-tag it. Use Select to multi-pick images, then delete them together. Need a common icon? Check the Global library tab first.
