A guided tour is a single link (or QR code) that opens your map with a whole multi-stop route already loaded. The first place is the start, each place after it is a stop in order, and the last is the destination. It is perfect for a walking trail, an open day route, or a self-guided visit.
Before you start
Your map needs walking routes built in (wayfinding), because a tour draws the route between each stop. If you have not set that up yet, see Set up directions. Publish the map at least once so the link works.
Build the tour

Open Links & QR
In the editor, open the Links & QR tab and find the Guided tour link section.

Add places in walking order
Pick a place from the dropdown and click Add. Repeat for each stop. The first place you add is the start and the last is the destination, so add them in the order a visitor should walk them.

Check the tour link
Once you have at least a start and a destination, the Tour link fills in. Click the field or Copy to copy it. You will see a ✓ Copied to clipboard confirmation.

Download the QR code
A QR image appears below the link. Click the image or ⬇ Download QR to save it as a PNG ready for print or signage.
What visitors see
Opening the tour link starts multi-stop directions on your map: the route draws from the start to the first stop, then on to the next, and so on to the destination, moving between floors where it needs to. There is a matching visitor guide at Follow a guided tour.
